Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Site monitoring and inspection.
- Coordination with the contractors regarding site concerns.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Review submitted plans and specifications versus initial plans for projects.
- Supervise and coordinate day to day operations, including resource allocations, field work monitoring, and data processing activities.
- Monitors the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved.
- Inspect work for adherence to plans and specifications and provisions of the contract.
- Ensuring the projects compliance with the applicable cades, practices, policies, performances standards, and specifications.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor or department head.
- Experienced in Land Development and Mass Housing Construction.
- Prepare shop drawings and cost estimate as needed
- Simple Electrical Design for Special Events.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Engineer (Electrical)
- With At least 3 to 5years experience.
