Job Description
Focused Staffing Group is urgently hiring Education Strategists to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. You’ll work closely with our dedicated recruiters to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads, with the ultimate goal of closing accounts and helping our clients meet their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mining and identifying potential business opportunities
- Reaching out to prospects and building relationships with decision-makers
- Presenting our staffing services to schools and educational institutions
- Collaborating with recruiters to match qualified candidates to client needs
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients
- Maintaining and updating sales pipelines and reports
- Meeting sales targets and achieving performance bonuses
- A reliable computer (at least i5 or i3 with the latest generation) to ensure smooth performance
- Strong, stable internet connection with a backup option (for desktop users, a WiFi receiver is required)
- A noise-canceling headset for client calls and meetings
- Functional webcam or laptop camera for virtual meetings
- A quiet, dedicated work area with proper lighting for on-camera client interactions
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Commitment and dedication to the role – we are looking for full-time candidates who do not have side jobs or other responsibilities that may affect attendance or performance
- HubspotCRM knowledge is an advantage
- Entry rate: $3/hour, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses and incentives for each closed deal, on top of weekly salary
- Full-time, remote position
