ROLE OVERVIEW
- Analyzes eCommerce data and provides insights on performance, shifts in customer preference, shopping behavior, and the impact of promotions.
- Manages inclusion of business unit's data in the eCommerce dashboard.
- Plans, executes, and evaluates ecommerce performance marketing initiatives. Manage and monitor business unit's eCommerce budget.
- Manages assigned portfolio, brand, and platform-led campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
- Optimizes eCommerce digital shelf and product details page.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- SGraduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or any relevant cours
- eWith 2-4 years of combined experience in eCommerce analytics, performance marketing, and category management, preferably on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTo
- kHas strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
- sMust have strong understanding of the eCommerce industr
