Position: eCommerce Content Coordinator

As an eCommerce Content Coordinator, you will :
- Create and monitor creative and user experience requests to ensure a cohesive customer journey online
- Manage the creative development process for eCommerce content, including: o Developing creative briefs o Ensuring creative meets brand standards and eCommerce requirements o Attending reviews with key stakeholders o Liaise with Creative Project Management to track requests and align on timing
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to support campaign efforts
- Participate in content planning and strategy sessions
- Leverage insights to leverage the path to purchase and user-journey to inform content strategy
- Conduct monthly content audits to identify opportunities to update or optimize existing content
- Perform such tasks as post-production management, uploading, scheduling, tagging, labeling, metadata, optimizing for different channels, segmenting, localization/translation, image sizing, and governance
- Identify gaps in current content process and augment or change as necessary with our Content Development, IT and Content Management partners
- Perform competitive and eCommerce research and pull web analytics to identify web content best practices and trends
- Content Creative Development - Manage the creative development process for eCommerce content, including creative brief development, content reviews and collaboration with Project Management to track requests and align on timing. (50%)
- Content Production - Build and publish landing pages and content types in the content management system, including post-production tasks. (20%)
- Campaign and Promotional Support - Plan and maintain product and promo uploads and for key launches (e.g. new collections, tentpole events). Build landing pages for campaigns. (20%)
- Data, Reporting and Analysis - Pull Google Analytics metrics to identify gaps and trends to optimize site content. Perform competitive and eCommerce research to identify site content best practices and trends. Conduct site audits. (20%).
Non-negotiables
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Work Experience - 1+ years in marketing, communications or related field
- Computer Knowledge and Skills - Below is the list of computer programs and software applications that are ideal for this position
