Bihasa is an eLearning Consulting Agency where we help our clients take the leap into digital learning. We are looking for an E-Learning Developer who is able to create effective and engaging online learning content with quality and efficiency.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Translate scripts and storyboards into well-designed learning videos, the production of which involves: 2D animation using cloud-based software, screen capturing, and basic audio and video editing; as detailed by the storyboard, course design, and branding and standards from the client.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Instructional Designers, the Project Manager, other team members, and stakeholders.
- Provide deliverables, with quality and on-time, as defined in the project plan and timeline.
- Attend both internal and external meetings as needed as required by the Bihasa Project Manager.
- Assist in Bihasa’s creative needs through the creation of collaterals and other deliverables that may involve layout skills, photo manipulation, original illustration, and basic video editing.
- Excellent eye for design and understanding of design principles
- Literacy in various video-editing and animation software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, PowToon, Toonly, Vyond, etc.)
- Willingness to learn various e-Learning authoring tools (Articulate, h5p, iSpring)
- Adaptability and openness to exploring new technologies
- Demonstrates good problem-solving and initiative
