Your Role

As an E-commerce Support Specialist (AU), you will:

  • Respond to customer questions via live chat, email, and phone with Cargo Crew's tone and service standards.
  • Assist with placing orders, product recommendations, sizing support, and delivery inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot basic website-related issues, such as cart errors, discount codes, and checkout problems, and escalate as needed.
  • Guide users through the quote and order processes, providing support for account and bulk orders.
  • Accurately enter and update customer details in the CRM and order management systems.
  • Work closely with onshore teams using internal tools like Slack, CRM, Netsuite, and Commerce Tools to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Coordinate the embroidery process, from artwork proof to swatch approval and production.
  • Report common customer issues or feedback to help improve web usability and service processes.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, web support, and online sales.
  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, and other relevant eCommerce tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A "customer first" mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Friendly and approachable personality.
  • Proactive attitude.
