JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees the production, distribution, and marketing operations of a branch plant or assigned territory within an industrial organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, with at least 5 years background as a Sales Manager.
- Preferably with sales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines
- Knowledgeable in kitchen and laundry equipment as well as air-conditioning systems
- With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, target management, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Results-driven, with strong strategic planning and organizational abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales activities in line with company policies, principles, and the directives of the Assistant Vice President - Sales
- Engages with customers and industry partners to evaluate and promote enhanced and expanded services within the assigned area
- Develops operational plans for the effective use of materials, machines, and workforce
- Reviews production costs, product quality, and adjusts production and inventory control strategies to maintain and enhance the branch's profitability
- Monitors competitor operations and formulates sales programs aimed at expanding market reach
- Oversees the preparation and accuracy of accounting records
- Prepares and recommends the annual budget to management
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
