E-commerce Supervisor

Primary role is to enhance our online store's performanceand drive sales through strategic optimization and analyssis.
You'll work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functtional teams to ensure our digital presence is
compelling and effective.

Skills:
E-commerce platforms (eg, Shopee, lazada, tiktok)
SEO and SEM best practices.
Market research and competitive analysis.
Customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve product titles, descriptions, images, and other key elemcents to boost visibility and sales.
Ensure all product listings are accurate, engaging, and align with 1tel brand's voice.
Work with marketing and product teams to create effective product prescentations and promotions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, producct development, and customer service) to align
e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
Use customer behavior data and feedback to enhance the onlineshopping experience.
Generate reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through the online
platform.
Address customer issues and feedback to refine and improve the shopping experience.
Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new ofpportunities for product offerings.
Analyze buying patterns, search terms, visitor traffic, and SKU performance to develop and adjust strategies
accordingly.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
of e-commerce initiatives.
Provide updates and insights on performance metrics and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytic's tools.
Proficiency in optimizing product listings and understandingcustomer behavior.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaboratewith various teams.
Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends
Proven experience in e-commerce management and Strong understanding of e-commerce platform.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience requirements: 3 years-5 years of relevant work experience (In Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)
