We are an innovative IT company expanding our reach through online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Store Administrator to manage and grow our presence on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, and Facebook Marketplace. This role is perfect for someone with basic experience in online sales and a drive to learn and contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings for new and used equipment across online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Facebook Marketplace).
• Handle day-to-day store operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to attract more buyers and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and generate insights to improve store profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and accurate product information.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns on various platforms.
• Explore opportunities for new landing pages and campaigns to boost visibility and business growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic experience in e-commerce or online sales, preferably with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, or Facebook Marketplace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
