- Support online marketing campaigns: Help plan and execute sales events, digital content postings, and promotional activities to boost platform growth.
- Manage product listings and inventory: Ensure product listings across all e-commerce platforms are accurate and up-to-date. This includes handling product descriptions, photos, and inventory levels.
- Provide customer service: Act as a point of contact for online customer inquiries and feedback, and help resolve any order or shipping issues.
- Analyze performance data: Gather and review data on web traffic, search engine rankings, and sales metrics to help optimize marketing and sales strategies.
- Assist with fulfillment: Process online orders by coordinating tasks like picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching. The associate also helps manage returns and exchanges.
- Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide insights for new strategies.
- Create and manage content: Assist in creating compelling content, including written copy and visual assets, for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
