E-Commerce Representative

The E-Commerce Representative is responsible for managing and optimizing online stores on E-Commerce platforms. This role focuses on maximizing sales, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining store health. The E-Commerce Representative ensures that products are properly listed, promotions are executed effectively, and customer queries are addressed promptly. This position requires a combination of analytical thinking, marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills to meet sales goals and improve the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Management:
- Create, update, and manage product listings.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Manage stock levels, SKU assignments, and inventory.
- Optimize listings for search visibility (SEO) within both platforms.
Sales and Promotion Strategy:
- Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and special deals on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns aligned with platform trends.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Service and Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle order issues such as refunds, returns, and exchanges according to platform policies.
- Engage with customers via live streams, comments, or social media channels to enhance brand presence.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely processing of orders, including packing, shipping, and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with logistics partners to track and manage delivery timelines.
- Address and resolve any fulfillment issues promptly.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales volume.
- Generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Use insights to adjust product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
Platform Compliance and Optimization:
- Ensure store compliance with Shopee and TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new features.
- Optimize the store for customer experience, including UI/UX improvements where possible.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Provide insights from Shopee and TikTok Shop to improve product assortment and marketing campaigns.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement to stay competitive on both platforms.
