Position Description – E-Commerce & Marketing ManagerOverview:We are seeking a strategic and creative E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce operations. This role requires a deep understanding of our brand identity—party, special event, and fun wear—and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity, focusing on creative campaigns and social media presence across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Creative Content Development – Create and manage engaging content that reflects the brand’s fun and vibrant nature, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  • Social Media & Community Management – Execute strategies using Klaviyo and platform-native tools to engage, grow, and nurture our audience with vibrant, on-brand content.
  • E-commerce Optimisation – Maintain and update the Shopify site, manage product listings, optimise user experience and conversion funnels, and align updates with marketing campaigns.
  • Agency & Partner Collaboration – Work with external agencies and partners to develop creative campaigns, photography, influencer partnerships, and ad management, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Product Development Support – Assist in developing new product lines, prints, and supplier relationships, ensuring product-market fit and timely launches.
  • Channel & Marketplace Management – Oversee product presence on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Shop.com and other channels, managing listings, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Review & Reputation Management – Manage responses on reviews, Google My Business listings, and customer feedback, proactively driving improvements in rating and visibility.
  • Campaign & Ad Management – Develop and monitor ad campaigns, budgets, and promotions, reporting ROI and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Growth in sales across all e-commerce channels.
  • Increased customer engagement and community participation across social platforms.
  • Improved conversion rates and ROI from paid ad campaigns.
  • Successful execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Consistent on-brand messaging and creative content output.
  • Positive trend in reviews, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
  • Timely delivery of new product launches and supplier engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and management, ideally within apparel or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and multi-channel retail platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a strong grasp of social media trends and influencer marketing.
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Experience in coordinating photoshoots, managing creative assets, and working with agencies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for brand consistency and customer experience.
Reporting LineThis role reports directly to the Director and works collaboratively with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
