As a Syndication Specialist, you will:
- Efficiently manage workflows related to product content delivery for syndication.
- Review product content and act when recipient readiness scores fall below 100%.
- Perform product data assembly, import, linking, and publishing, which includes linking products, completing data and image requirements according to recipient specifications, adding "top-off"
- marketing data and optional attributes, and ensuring products achieve a 100% Readiness Score before successful publication and syndication.
- Create and oversee support tickets, particularly those related to recipient-specific syndication.
- Skillfully troubleshoot technical issues and escalate blockers when necessary.
Non-negotiables
- Prior experience in retail syndication or the CPG industry is not required but is a plus.
- Preferably some sort of data entry or similar field
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Confidence in seeking clarifications and asking questions.
