Providing an exceptional customer service and retail assistant within the online paltorm (LAZADA,Shopee & Zilingo, Shopify).
Duties And Responsibilities
Manage Ecommerce Flat forms (LAZADA,Shopee & Zilingo)
Lazada Sales Marketing (Enrollment of Products, Uploading,
Ensuring Prices are competitive by cheking with other competitors
Responsible for Stock allocation , Monitoring stock levels,
Sending Daily sales report
Creating Month-end sales report
Monitoring order fulfillment and collections
Manage Claims (returns, claims by forwarder)
Manage orders and delegate to warehouse for order fulfillment
Ensuring payments of Lazada are received on time
Sales reconciliation
Responsible for reporting of discrepancy in Lazada finance team
Answer customer inquiries Thru Lazada chat
Promote Lazada account in lazada application FEED by posting and uploading campaigns and promos.
Monitor stocks with other consignments, requesting stocks inventory and sales report.
Monitor deliveries of FBL stocks in Lazada warehouse
Ensure all delivered FBL items are complete stocks reconcillation
Assist operations in terms of acquiring permits for bazaar schedules
Requirements
Graduate of any Business Course
With at least 2 years work experience in retail operation
Previous experience in using an E-commerce platform such as LAZADA, Shopee
A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Willing to be work in Rockwell Makati.
