About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to lead and grow our online presence—with deep expertise in managing Shopify as the primary platform, and working knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as secondary channels. This is a strategic role for a tech-savvy e-commerce professional who can drive performance across platforms, enhance customer experience, and translate consumer insights into actionable campaigns.

You will play a critical role in expanding our digital footprint across international markets by managing store operations, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & E-commerce Platform Management:
- Lead end-to-end operations for our Shopify store, ensuring smooth functionality, seamless navigation, and optimized product listings.
- Support and manage regional stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring content, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipping and excellent post-purchase customer service.
- Plan and execute effective e-commerce campaigns tailored to each platform’s audience behavior and promotional calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external category managers to maximize exposure during mega sales, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROAS) and implement real-time optimizations.
- Use market research, customer feedback, and platform analytics to understand shopper behavior and trends.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify category opportunities in priority markets.
- Translate insights into platform-specific strategies to improve assortment, pricing, and positioning.
- Track performance across Shopify and marketplace platforms using Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Deliver actionable performance reports on sales, user behavior, campaign ROI, and engagement trends.
- Make data-informed recommendations to boost conversion and sales.
- Identify new opportunities to expand in regional and international e-commerce markets.
- Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and marketplace innovations.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve the customer journey, checkout experience, and brand presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores (including theme management, apps, payments, and performance).
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as additional platforms.
- Strong grasp of consumer insights, data interpretation, and market trends.
- Proven track record in planning and executing high-performing e-commerce campaigns.
- Analytical mindset and strong command of tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel, and platform dashboards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of paid ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience managing e-commerce for international markets is preferred.
