Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical driving lessons for students.
- Teach proper vehicle handling, road safety rules, and traffic regulations.
- Evaluate student driving skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy before lessons.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Reinforce defensive driving techniques and safe driving behavior.
- Assist students in preparing for written and practical driving exams.
- Address learner concerns and adapt instruction to individual learning needs.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a driving instructor or professional driver.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road signs, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, patience, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Amenable to work either Taguig, Caloocan or Cavite
