- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip checks on the vehicle by following blowbags procedure.
- Secure a trip ticket in every route and complete details like ATD, ATA, Odometer reading, place of origin, and destination.
- Secure that the vehicle has a padlock or truck seal.
- Planning routes and ensuring safe and timely delivery or pick-up of cargos.
- Follow all road traffic rules and all fleet management policies.
- Assist in jackwrapping, loading, and unloading of cargo on/off the vehicle.
- Witness and perform taking of photo or video during cargo loading and unloading, cargo acceptance, open checking performed by the Cargo Representative, and submit to Operations Supervisor via messenger/viber.
- Provide updates on the facebook GC on the accomplishment of task assigned by Operations Supervisor.
- Secure proper turnover of the vehicle and vehicle key to security personnel.
- Perform basic mechanical problem repair and maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Report mechanical problem or any damage of vehicle immediately to Fleet Supervisor.
- Making of incident report for any irregularities witnessed like suspicious cargo, damaged cargo, and other work related incidents.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
- May professional driver's license restriction 123.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City. Stay out only.
- Atleast high school level.
- Experience in cargo logistics is a plus.
- Nakatira malapit sa Pasay or kalapit na lugar.
- Physically fit and willing mag work ASAP.
