We are seeking a skilled and organised Document Controller to join our dynamic Renewable Energy Projects team across the Philippines. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the documentation for our exciting renewable energy projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company's renewable energy initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date document control for project documentation, including drawings, specifications, manuals, and other technical materials
- Implement and maintain efficient document control processes and procedures to support project workflows
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to manage the distribution, tracking, and archiving of project documents
- Provide document control support for project meetings, site visits, and other activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices and training programs
- Collaborate with the wider Administration and Office Support team to continuously improve document control systems and processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar records management role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using document control software and other office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards for document control
