Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in an administrative position supporting multiple teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including PA, TA, Engineers and team senior executives and other employees.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision on required tasks.
- Ability to manage time and perform whilst maintaining quality of output.
- Proficiency and familiarisation with Project Management portals in particular Aconex, Lend Lease Project Web or equivalents.
- Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications. Well-developed organisational and time management skills, including managing stakeholders and demands; meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrated ability to build a climate of superior client service
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can do attitude with an interest in continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision on required tasks.
- Ability to time manage and perform whilst maintaining quality of output.
- Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications.
- Typing speed of 70wpm with at least 98% accuracy.
