Requirements
Graduate of any 4 year Business or Engineering course
Proficient in working with web sites like Aconex and similar.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications and file structures on the server.
With at least 3 years of working experience in the same field.
Work experience in a construction industry is an advantage.
Must have a good and oral communication skills
Can start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the flow of documents including design drawings and other technical files.
- Make sure all documents up-to-date and well synchronized for ease in tracking.
- Implement incoming design drawings out of the company database to a select set of people.
- Be proactive in managing folders on a server, to ensure documents are managed and old documents are superseded.
- Maintain and coordinate activities related to the document system including generating, revising distributing, retrieving and archiving documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform additional duties as determined by management.
- Prepare transmittal for official submission of documents.
