The Director of Talent and Culture is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all strategies, plans, and programs related to the Talent & Culture Department. He/she will establish a sustainable, productive, and competent workforce that aligns with the operational needs of the property. Key responsibilities include the development and execution of initiatives in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, and workplace safety. The Director of Talent & Culture plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and supports organizational growth.

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Training Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline. He/she should also possess at least seven years of HR experience, ideally within an international hotel company. Broad experience across all HR disciplines—with emphasis on Compensation and Benefits, Associate Relations, Rewards, Training & Development, and Organizational Design—is considered an advantage.

The Director of Talent & Culture will report to the General Manager and Corporate Talent & Culture. He/she will ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and budgetary guidelines, while supporting hotel operations through effective talent and culture strategies. He/she is also responsible for policy development, recruitment, talent development, operational readiness, and maintaining strong communication with labor authorities and unions. The position upholds brand integrity, models company values, and adapts to evolving business needs, with the flexibility to take on additional tasks as required.
