- Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications, managing public relations, and leading digital marketing initiatives.
- Developing marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Creates an overall plan to promote what the property can showcase.
- Manages and cultivates media relations and develops contacts with media members, journalists, influencers, and community leaders from national and key source markets.
- Prepares and manages budget for assigned department.
- Ability to work with different department in implementing projects.
- Provides training, supervising, and implementing updates and policies to new and existing employees.
- Delegates tasks and other responsibilities to other employees when appropriate.
- Performs other job-related duties as requested.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least fifteen (15) years of work experience in the field of marketing.
- Experience in overseeing or implementing digital marketing initiatives such as social media ads and other paid collaterals.
- Strong marketing skills in areas of brand, advertising, media planning and direct marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with major hospitality brands preferred.
- Established contacts and relationships within the business’s industry.
