The Opportunity

As the Learning and Development Director in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setting, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training programs that support the development of our workforce. You will lead a team of training professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure that employee learning initiatives align with organizational goals and enhance overall performance. Your role will also involve assessing the effectiveness of training programs and adapting them to meet the evolving needs of the business and its clients.

The Responsibilities

  • This position involves strategic planning and execution of comprehensive training programs, leadership development, and skill enhancement initiatives.
  • You will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, productivity, and retention through effective learning strategies and programs tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce, including C-Level executives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within TP.
  • The role offers a hybrid work setup, allowing flexibility between remote work and office presence.
  • The primary office locations for this role will be in Ayala, Makati or Mckinley.

The Qualifications

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs for senior executives, with a deep understanding of their unique learning needs and challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of trainers and instructional designers.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term learning and development strategies that align with the organization's objectives and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness through metrics and analytics and making data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
  • In-depth understanding of the BPO industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices in employee training and development.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other digital training tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve training programs to meet those needs.
