About the role

We are looking for a full-time Dining Crew (Server) to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Dining Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly and with care
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a dining or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
  • Passion for food and a desire to contribute to a vibrant dining experience
