Job Responsibilities: Empowering Digital Fluency

As our Digital Skills Training Specialist, you will be crucial in equipping our team with the specialized knowledge needed to excel in the eCommerce space.

  • Lead Onboarding Week, evaluating and certifying newly hired agents on core policies, systems, and specialized eCommerce tools and resources.
  • Host training classes via Zoom, discussing essential topics like Email Marketing, SEO, Data Analytics, and advanced Customer Service strategies (camera on 50–70% of the shift).
  • Deliver ongoing training for current team members to maintain and enhance their skills in high-demand digital areas.
  • Conduct evaluations and performance assessments in collaboration with Team Leads for continuous improvement of digital competency.
  • Host one-on-one and group Zoom training sessions focused specifically on complex subjects such as eCommerce Website tasks, Data Analytics/Reporting, and platform-specific skills.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and develop training plans for different tools and specialized topics relevant to agents’ digital roles.

Qualifications: Your Expertise

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in both instruction and the core digital skills required to succeed in eCommerce.

  • 1–2 years of training experience.
  • Experience in at least two to three of the following key digital areas: SEO, Email Marketing, eCommerce Website tasks, and Data Analytics/Reporting.
  • Knowledge and experience in the eCommerce industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo (required), and other tools related to Email Marketing, eCommerce, and Reporting.
  • 1–2 years of virtual assistant experience preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coaching, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and motivational leader with high energy and strong engagement skills.
  • Proficient in communication tools like Gmail and Slack.

Internet Requirements

  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (LAN connection required, 20 Mbps minimum).
