Primarily responsible for the overall monitoring and management of various auxiliary operations tasks related to digital accounts. This includes daily reviewing of various mobius reports, monitoring significant changes in digital accounts, submitting monthly reports and other operational tasks that are consistent with the Bank’s business objectives, internal policies and procedures, controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and reviews various reports impacting customer transactions.
  • Reviews and reconciles various floats and discrepancies in GL-SL such as unbalanced sundry accounts and unposted items.
  • Monitors the significant changes in client's digital accounts via Significant Balance Change Report and conducts EDD if necessary.
  • Tracks and monitors negative balances of accounts via temporary overdraft reports and performs write off only when necessary.
  • Reviews new accounts and checks if with duplicate RM.
  • Reviews post checking of new-to-product clients via NDV and OFAC.
  • Conducts KYC (know-your-customer) on customer transactions as applicable.
  • Performs earmarking of certain transactions, flagging and lifting of items on hold, etc.
  • Ensures that warning letters, collection letters, or closure letters are sent to concerned clients especially those that are under the overdraft report.
  • Receives and dispatches emails to and from other units or clients.
  • Makes sure that all KYC and transaction documents are reviewed and complete, scanned and properly safe kept/filed, and delivered for warehousing.
  • Monitors the uploading of specimen signature cards of new clients and updated signature cards of existing clients.
  • Prepares and submits monthly proof verification report during month end.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Business Administration or related courses.
  • At least 6 months experience in bank or branch banking operations.
  • Possesses knowledge of digital banking, branch operations, basic accounting, and the bank's products and services, including digital platforms.
