We are excited to welcome a new Supply Chain Planner to join our Philippines team! How You Will Lead And Contribute

• Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.
• Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory
• Pull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.
• Be accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses.
• Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.
• Manage Inventory levels and Health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoring
• Manage supply issues during times of short supply
• Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the marketing/product manager, sales reps and Demand planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
• Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3 - 4 years of experiences in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning role.
• Strong English and Local Language communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional- and cultural team environment.
• Advanced Excel experiences.
• Experiences working with SAP APO, MRP training on functional areas of expertise
• APICS Module I (Basics of Supply Chain Management) training
• Six Sigma certification will be advantageous.
