The opportunity

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll be integral to building why our customers love us. You will be responsible for merchandising digital content across our website, App and email ensuring content is on brand, accurate and aligns with the Marketing roadmap.

What you’ll be doing

    • Manage and update website content using the CMS, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
    • Build and optimise webpages, including structuring URLs and ensuring correct site hierarchy
    • Build collections and landing pages to drive strong conversion across the funnel
    • Running A/B tests to understand how we can provide a better experience for customers
    • Proofread and edit website content to ensure exceptional grammar, spelling, and clarity in English
    • Maintain documentation, schedules, and reports related to website updates and content workflows
    • Support the wider Marketing team with website related requests

The ideal toolbox

    • Previous hands on experience in a Content Management System (CMS)
    • Previous experience in Searchandising and landing page optimisation
    • Exposure to and experience across email platforms
    • Proven administrative experience with strong organisational and time management skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to edit and proofread content to a professional standard
    • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Familiarity with SEO-friendly URL structures and website content best practices
    • Ability to collaborate with remote or cross-cultural teams

Role location

Our Philippines team are highly autonomous and empowered to do their best work remotely - so you will be working from your home office. You should have a good home office set-up and a reliable internet connection.
