Responsibilities
Kooapps is at the forefront of the Philippines game development industry. Since 2008, Kooapps has launched over 50 titles – including its award-winning games Snake.io and Pictoword – that have amassed more than 400 million downloads in aggregate. This is what we aspire to do:
- Provide timely, quality, and accurate chat and e-mail support to new and existing users daily
- Manage user reviews on the Play Store and App Store
- Effectively escalate and resolve user issues to the development team
- Assist in brand marketing by strengthening our existing online communities
- Gather and analyze market data, customer research, and product sales
- Represent the company, as needed, in events to strengthen the offline presence
- Review new mobile game and digital marketing trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
- Background in digital arts Background in brand advertising
- Ability to use MS Office
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and a good team player
- Outgoing, personable, and aggressive personality
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
- Entry-level applicants are accepted
