Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data insights to refine strategies.
• Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and engage with followers to build brand presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business Goals.
  
  

Customer Support

• Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
• Provide direct support to our community on Discord by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
• Work closely with the team to address common user concerns and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Discord or similar online community platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced Environment.
  
  

We’re offering a 3-5 days $100 paid trial for eligible applicants to showcase their skills to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
