What youll do:

  • Own the marketing funnel: Strategy + execution from lead generation to conversion and retention
  • Develop and manage content strategy: Email, social, blog, and video content that nurtures and educates leads
  • Create and optimise lead magnets: Quizzes, mini-courses, and email sequences
  • Run paid ad campaigns: Meta/Facebook + relevant platforms (directly or via freelancers)
  • Track performance: Campaign analysis, CAC, and conversion metrics
  • Manage launches and evergreen funnels: Transition to scalable, automated systems
  • Support influencer/partnership campaigns: Collaborate with thought leaders and experts
  • Work closely with the founder: Refine messaging and strategic direction


Were looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in health, wellness, or DTC
  • Understands funnels, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys
  • Can think strategically and execute quickly
  • Is confident running or managing Facebook/Meta ads
  • Has strong messaging instincts and decent writing ability
  • Takes initiative and can own projects end-to-end
  • Thrives in a remote, independent work setup, but values collaboration
  • Is passionate about womens health and purpose-driven work


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with health/education-based products
  • Familiarity with Kajabi, Meta Ads Manager, Zapier, Typeform, Jotform, or Voiceflow
  • Startup or solopreneur collaboration experience
  • Basic creative/design skills (Canva is fine!)
