We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our growing global marketing organization (GMO) team and help us build a best-in-class digital marketing experience for prospective and current clients.


As a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in establishing, maintaining, and continually refining our online properties and be responsible for the execution and health of digital strategy initiatives. You’ll collaborate with GMO team members on the prioritization and execution of activities ranging from CMS maintenance to bug fixes to email marketing to reporting, all in support of the organization’s aim to drive revenue and pipeline growth.

Since you’re a team player, this will also mean working collaboratively with IT, Creative, Marketing Managers, and internal clients to identify, design and implement effective, engaging solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Publish and manage content updates on company websites to support marketing campaigns spanning across sales, PR, social media, and the employee experience
  • Lead routine web requests and additional web development projects as assigned; submit tickets and follow processes to drive tasks to completion
  • Help develop best practices and create, schedule, and report on email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing for the best user experience
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams on the design, testing and execution of email marketing, nurture/drip, and marketing automation campaigns
  • Use analytics tools and platforms (Looker Studio, Search Console, Clarity, etc.) to gain insights into campaign effectiveness; identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Deliver timely recurring reports, respond to ad-hoc requests, and develop automated processes where possible
  • Support the implementation, maintenance and enhancements of insight tools/platforms
  • Support new marketing channel expansion and process improvements and identify/maintain opportunities for data and tech stack integrations and automated workflows
  • Champion the adoption of digital best practices and assist in the development and execution of Alorica’s SEO strategy


Qualifications:

  • Two-three years of professional experience in related role
  • Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Hands-on content management system (CMS) experience, preferably Sitefinity and WordPress
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally Marketing Cloud Account Engagement AKA Pardot) and CRMs like Salesforce
  • Strong familiarity with Google reporting and visualization platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, a plus
  • Exceptional collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills while always championing the user experience
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly, while still following best practices in a fast-paced environment
  • A love of staying up on digital trends and making recommendations on how and when to use those technologies to meet our digital needs
