Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Vertiv’s Digital Customer Programs Specialist you will execute a set of defined strategies that drive retention, loyalty, advocacy, growth, and community participation within Vertiv’s current customer/client base as defined by the Growth Marketing Senior Manager, who you will report to.
Requiring strong project or program management skills, you will play a pivotal role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer engagement and pipeline creation contributing to the organization’s overall growth objectives. This role serves as the primary driver for several fast-moving marketing groups (including digital, account-based, demand, customer, and field marketing) to steer alignment around a shared strategy and adaptive program plan — with the goal of enabling buyers to realize value throughout the customer lifecycle. This role requires familiarity with the marketing technologies used to share customer insights, automate processes, and create customer engagement. It also requires the ability to navigate cross-functionally to drive consensus.
The role involves working extensively within Vertiv’s MAP [Eloqua] platform and requires excellent working practice and knowledge of the tool. As such, you will be responsible for design, QA, execution, maintenance, and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution. To succeed with the speed and scalability of the program deployment, the postholder is required to fully leverage the new-to-Vertiv Customer Data Platform and the data within it, being closely aligned with IT and Data teams to ensure the correct building of segments and an important level of digitalization.
This role is operationally focused on the execution of tasks related to a customer marketing strategy.
