Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing & Video Specialist, you will:

• SEO: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and monitor analytics.
• Paid Media: Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, oversee budgets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies.
• Email Marketing: Implement direct email marketing campaigns, design emails, manage lists, perform A/B testing, and analyze results.
• Basic Video Editing: Create and edit simple yet engaging video content, including trimming, captioning, and adjusting video content to enhance the overall marketing strategy and increase audience engagement.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies for various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with a broader audience. Regularly create, post, and monitor content, understanding the impact of multimedia on engagement rates.
• Sales: Follow up and close potential leads into patient bookings via cold/warm calling, email series, and text messaging.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and basic video editing.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly following up leads and converting them into patient bookings.
• Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Experience in the Australian health industry.
• Experience in Square Space and Webflow.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Preferred skills/expertise/experience:

• Analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
• Creative and innovative with a keen eye for visual storytelling through videos, blogs, and text.
• A people person with a bubbly personality who excels at communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the health and wellness industry (Essential).
• Understanding of Chiropractic practices.
