Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Help develop and execute the digital marketing strategies for Pluxee audiences, especially paid media
• Generate and analyze insight and analytics reports on digital marketing campaigns
• Track and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns vs. established KPIs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing efforts are consistent with company-wide branding and promotional strategies
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends relevant to the digital direction of the company
• Implement digital marketing innovations and growth campaigns
• Make proactive recommendations in the content, functionalities and user experience of the company’s digital ecosystem and properties

Job Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media/Mass Communication or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years working experience in digital marketing
• Strong familiarity with performance marketing and analytics reporting, tracking, and analysis
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Familiar with consumer behavior in the digital landscape
• Team player, detail-oriented, creative, problem solver, critical thinker
• Experience in the travel agency industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge in using Busybee and Monday.com is preferred but not required
• Experience using Hubspot is a must
• Basic graphic design skills is preferred but not required
• Willing to work onsite
