We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives for Robinsons Land Corporation’s Commercial Centers Division. This role will be responsible for managing social media platforms, analyzing digital marketing effectiveness, overseeing website performance, and leading a team to drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for innovation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty

Manage content calendars and oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and videos.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment to optimize engagement.

Implement and oversee paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

  • Analytics & Effectiveness

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms, providing insights and recommendations.

Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns, ensuring high ROI.

Generate reports on campaign performance, audience behavior, and digital marketing trends.

Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing analytics platforms.

  • Website Management

Oversee website updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized content.

Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website functionality, SEO, and performance.

Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, implementing improvements as needed.

  • People & Stakeholder Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.

Coordinate with upper management, internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels in alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, commercial real estate, or shopping center industries.
  • Expertise in social media management, analytics, and website management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
