As a Digital Marketing Associate in IBCOM Kitchen Equipment Manila Inc., your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Research and plan out online business ventures,
  • Look into the legal considerations in digital and social media marketing,
  • Increase brand recognition via online advertising campaigns,
  • Create innovative and captivating social media strategies to boost organic growth,
  • Engage in and plan out creative content, copywriting, and short video script writing,
  • Make sure brand requirements are followed while developing and creating marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral,
  • Gather data about the latest e-commerce trends in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity,
  • Continuously generate engaging material especially during special events (such as WOFEX) on our social media accounts, such as photos, videos, and other formats; and
  • Track, monitor, and report on social media platform performance with tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics, and as well as website traffic, lead generation, and content production.

WORKING CONDITIONS

You Shall Be Working Under The Following Conditions

  • Well-facilitated and ventilated office environment,
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM work hours from Monday to Saturday,
  • Entitlement to government-mandated dues and benefits (such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig employee and employer remittances, etc.)
  • Daily collaboration and communication within the Marketing Department and the Philippine office,
  • Virtual correspondence with the Malaysian team; and
  • Chances to travel abroad.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communication, Mass Communication or any other related course,
  • A record of experience with digital marketing data analytics and tools with portfolio of past campaigns,
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the Restaurant Industry and/or closely related to the Food and Beverage Industry,
  • Has prior background (or basic knowledge) in digital media laws,
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written English,
  • Ability to think strategically and having problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities,
  • Aptitude for time management and setting priorities,
  • Capacity to take criticism and to receive criticism,
  • Resourceful, optimistic, and can be easy to work with; and
  • Adept with a variety of social media networks, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.
