Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Apply hard-selling techniques to promote and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Manage customer concerns, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines, policies, and performance standards.
- NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT WITH CONCENTRIX & CONVERGYS
- At least 1 year of proven experience in hard selling, telemarketing, or sales-driven customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules as required.
