Job Objective:

To lead and manage the Digital Marketing Section in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth, while ensuring team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, website, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation, campaign planning, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend innovations to enhance reach and engagement.


Team Leadership & People Management

  • Supervise and mentor digital marketing staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
  • Manage work schedules, task assignments, and attendance tracking.
  • Address team concerns promptly and ensure compliance with HR policies and safety protocols.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with diverse teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder branding efforts through digital channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO platforms, analytics dashboards).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in employee advocacy, content strategy, and campaign optimization is a plus.
