Job Description

Grows postpaid broadband acquisition in digital channels and oversees the activation of new offers and features in digital channels

Description

• Drives postpaid acquisition and achieves targets in digital channels by launching relevant promos/campaigns that are exclusive to the channel
• Monitors postpaid acquisition performance in digital channels and collaborates with channel partners to generate insights, uncover trends, and identify drivers
• Influences the messaging and targeting strategy of digital postpaid advertisements using data & insights from the channel
• Defines the ideal postpaid acquisition experience in online channels and works with enabling teams to ensure the delivery of these ideal experiences
• Defines postpaid acquisition policies in online channels and works with enabling teams to implement these policies
• Monitors online channels to ensure that assets, spiels, and offers are always updated and functioning
• Recommends relevant channel/platform/system enhancements to continuously improve customer experience and allow achievement of digital postpaid KPIs
