Reporting to the Desktop Support Supervisor, this position will play a very important role in the operations of the company in the country. The deserving individual will be part of the GBS IT Team and will be exposed to a wide range of different technical tasks. As part of the Global IT Team, opportunities and learnings are never-ending.

Meet The Team
Reporting to the Desktop Support Supervisor, this position will play a very important role in the operations of the company in the country. The deserving individual will be part of the GBS IT Team and will be exposed to a wide range of different technical tasks. As part of the Global IT Team, opportunities and learnings are never-ending.
Where You Come In
- You will support daily technical support activities for desktop support and management.
- You will set up and test desktop computer peripherals.
- You are going to perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies.
- You will conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance.
- You will be responsible in repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- You will troubleshoot problem in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
- You will provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems.
- You will manage service request, software installation, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.
- You will maintain ownership of user’s issue and service ensuring that they receive resolution within reasonable time frame.
- You will be responsible to all hardware and application support, queries, issues, and problems and take ownership in the monitoring, operating, managing, in the completion and delivery of issue resolution (and take ownership in the completion of delivery and issue resolution).
- You will perform general preventive maintenance tasks on PC, laptops printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Candidate must be a graduate or a bachelor’s degree holder in any IT Related course.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in IT Support/Any IT related experience.
- Flexible in terms of working schedule (morning, mid and night shift).
- Willing to render OT during weekend/rest day if needed.
- Must be willing to work in One Montage, Cebu City (Onsite assignment).
- Good Communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Other Skills: Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment, Asset Inventory Management, Proper email etiquette.
