Design Assistant

Your duties and responsibilities are:

• Create schematic plans and working drawings (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
• Coordinate with Business Development and Franchising Department for the space requirements.
• Create working store design and construction drawings, perspectives, and bills of quantities.
• Conduct site ocular for space measurement and compliance to design standards
• Collaborate with other departments for design approvals
• Innovate new design for more efficient, durable and cost-efficient stores.

Work Experience Requirement:

• Associate degree or graduate of BS. Architecture
• Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, standards, and conventions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Sketch-up.
• Must be able to do 3D Drawings and Graphics
