Apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats.
Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve applying your security expertise to design, build, and protect enterprise systems and applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to address security challenges, implementing security measures, and ensuring the integrity of data and assets against potential cyber threats. You will also participate in discussions to enhance security protocols and contribute to the overall safety of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards. - Monitor security incidents and respond to threats in a timely manner. - Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Compensation. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management methodologies. - Familiarity with incident response and threat detection tools. - Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Workday Core Compensation. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
