Design and Audience Growth Intern (Philippines)

The Design & Audience Growth Intern will work closely with our Manager of Audience Growth to deliver exhaustive insights into content performance and audience growth and engagement metrics for our in-network creators. This person is inquisitive, and data-driven, with a shared passion for Collab’s mission of seeing our content creators succeed.

Duties & Essential Functions

• Design YouTube thumbnails that are in alignment with our audience growth strategy
• Take part in day to day content creation, and the design / editing of long form, compilation style content, ensuring one week turnaround
• Catalog and graph content performance, making note of any negative trends, and offering suggestions on how to reverse those trends
• Participate in video calls with content creators we are optimizing content for, time allowing
• Complete in depth platform analysis / examination of prospective YouTube or TikTok talent, leveraging keywords in YouTube search, and utilizing filters to distinguish which creators are gaining views
• Identify potential talent to onboard, with special emphasis on “reaction” style content creators (for example: streamers, brand friendly vloggers, get-ready-with-me creators, and other specific verticals)
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Skills And Qualifications Required

• Basic experience with graphic design, and passion for YouTube and the social media space
• Experience with data entry
• Basic understanding of Photoshop, Canva, or other equivalent application, and how to edit with these tools
• Experience with Premier Pro, DaVinci, or other video editor equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Adobe a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Copyright Law a plus, but not required
