Real Estate Project Manager

Voliplex is a buy-and-hold firm based in Bellevue, WA. We focus on 10-year and longer hold periods, and we prefer to hold long-term property investments. We want our investments to last and to provide us with a good return.

We buy properties all over the US. We are not limited to any geographical region. We are happy to buy properties in any part of the country. We specialize in single-family houses, multi-unit, and mixed-use properties. We also buy commercial properties including office buildings, retail stores, and more. We buy properties in most any condition.

Work Setup: Remote

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm US Pacific Time GMT+8

Location: Philippines

Base Pay: $4.00 USD/hour

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Overseeing the development of our real estate data collection and software system project, including managing contract developers.
• Supporting guest or tenant relations, filling vacancies, and maximizing property cash flow for Voliplex's managed properties.
• Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new real estate investment opportunities.
• Contributing to the daily operations of Voliplex's real estate business.

We’re looking for someone who is/has:

• 3+ years work experience -- preferably in something real-estate-related or tech-project-management-related
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Assertive communication on the phone
• Savvy with computers + able to pick up software independently with a proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Passionate about self development and continuous improvement
• Consistently + independently productive with minimum supervision
• Enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude
• Available 100% exclusively (no other commitments)
• Stable internet connection (with a potential backup connection available)
• Available during US business hours (Must be comfortable working graveyard shifts, potentially over the weekends or outside of regular business hours.)
