About The Role
As a Deposit and Loans Head (Digital Products), you will work together with the Digital Channel Division Head in creating the value proposition of Security bank’s retail digital experiences specifically in the implementation of all aspects related to the strategy, development, and ongoing management of Security Bank’s Digital Channel.

As a Deposit and Loans Head (Digital Products), you will work together with the Digital Channel Division Head in creating the value proposition of Security bank’s retail digital experiences specifically in the implementation of all aspects related to the strategy, development, and ongoing management of Security Bank’s Digital Channel.
How you'll contribute
- Managing and developing Digital Channel Management team.
- Manage the decisioning process — how we decide what teams should work on (to increase impact)
- Ensure cross-departmental processes are efficient and clear
- Creates reports (or specifications for reports) in relation to business/product needs
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured, scope is controlled, and expectations are met
- Responsible for the strategic planning and management of the assigned product portfolio
- 8-10 Years Related Experience in product management/development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to align product lifecycle with company’s business goals and influence both as needed to ensure successful execution of the product development
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Expert in product management, leadership, P&L, business analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
