- Manages and facilitates Demand Planning Process (Pre Demand Review and Demand Review) for the assigned divisions and/or business units with the objective to come up with a single operating plan that is aligned to the business objectives.
- Reviews the demand forecast and supporting assumptions and integrates to the 18-month rolling forecast for the assigned Divisions and/or Business Units.
- Facilitates review of forecast for LE, OB and OBR by creating bottoms up forecast from baseline forecast, considers TCP (trade channel plans), marketing plans & NPD plans.
- Arranges and implements activities to address major imbalances in demand and supply or any issues/process gaps/initiatives for the assigned division and/or business units that could result to OS, overstock, write-offs, etc.
- Creates trade promo evaluation using brand health metrics, sales and market data. Learnings for inputting in the next planning cycle.
- Contributes to the development of new systems or enhance processes (for Demand Planning and sub processes integrated with Demand Planning), in collaboration with Corporate enablers for sustainable and effective delivery of services to internal customers.
- Drives the process and facilitates promo evaluation of programs implemented for the assigned divisions and/or business units to assess, learn, document and input in the next planning cycle.
- Presents the Division plans for the assigned divisions and/or business units, both constrained & unconstrained.
- Graduate of any of the following: BS In Industrial Engineer, BS Statistics, BS Accountancy, and BS Math
- Attended IBP Process or S&OP process Training
- With knowledge on supply chain, integrated business planning or sales and operations planning processes
- With 3-6 years of experience - FMCG business or Pharma company
