Dealer Relationship Manager (CDO)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Any four (4) years course
• With background in Marketing or Credit function
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Must be computer literate
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have a drivers license and can drive

Role Overview:

The Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for marketing, soliciting and facilitating of accounts from dealers and agents

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the attainment of targets through solicitation of new accounts from partner dealers and agents.
• Conducts regular visits to dealers and agents within the area to strengthen business relationship geared towards generating new or expanded business.
• Prepares and submits daily call report
• Forwards solicited accounts to a branch near residential or business address of the client whichever is preferred by the latter.
• Recommends solutions to grant requests or address issues of dealers and agents.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Required to visit a minimum of 48 dealers per month
• Needs to Solicit a minimum of 20 dealer referrals per month
• Required to attend to all dealer related events in the area
• Establish and maintain healthy relationships with dealers and agents while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Create strong dealer-bank relationship as marketing channel for business generation
• Regular visit to various dealers for securing referrals and acknowledge inquiries of potential customers
• Process Dealer/Agents/Salesman accreditation via securing approval from authorized committee
• Pre-screen initial credit requirements coming from dealer-referred accounts
• Point person of OMLF for Dealers within the covered area/region
