Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Dealer Allocation Professional to join our Sales Planning and Administration Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Dealer Allocation Professional is a member of the Demand and Supply Section that is responsible for overall Toyota network allocation.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and analyzation.
Your role and responsibilities:

Your role and responsibilities:
- Ensure balance between Demand and Supply.
- Monitor and set appropriate inventory and stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Responsible for creation of Short to Midterm Supply allocation.
- Formulation of allocation plan based on sales projection.
- In-charge of Vehicle status monitoring
- You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Management Engineering, Supply Chain/ Business Management , or Economics.
- You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
- You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values.
- You set high standards of performance for self and others; assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-impose standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
- You can effectively explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
- You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Knowledgeable in supply chain and inventory management
- Good forecasting skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- MS Office (Intermediate level in PowerPoint and Excel)
