  • ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Contract Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Review, draft, and negotiate several types of contractual agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment which may include master services agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, licensing agreements, data transfer agreements, requests for proposals and agreements RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help to structure, negotiate and close client transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective
  • Strategize with senior Contracting lawyers and internal business clients prior to client negotiations
  • Stay abreast of developments affecting the company, its clients, and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into the company’s transactional practices
  • Educate and advise company executives with respect to legal and risk management issues
  • Develop deeper skills in one of the more areas that benefit Legal and/or our business
  • Support, promote and implement Accenture Legal initiatives
  • Embrace and evolve to gain expertise in seven Contracting attributes, including becoming a pathfinder, architect, business-minded, nonconformist, inspired, relevant and technology enabled contracting lawyer OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1


    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Philippine labor law
  • Practicing lawyer
  • Supervisory experience is not required but may be groomed to handle resources in the future
  • Proficient in MS Word
  • With basic MS Excel knowledge
  • No specific tool requirement: hire will be trained on the tools used within the organization, i.e., WD
  • With good communications skills
  • Open to any industry
  • College Graduates
  • Resource should be licensed to practice Law in the Philippines
